Refund policy

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Because HGO orders may include tailored item selection, packing, and photo-based guidance prepared specifically for the customer’s submitted issue, order processing may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

If work on the tailored guidance, item selection, or packing has already begun, that part of the order may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For non-faulty returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where reasonably applicable. If packaging has been opened, damaged, altered, or used in a way that affects resale or inspection, a return or refund may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
