HGO offers selected repair packs for small visible indoor issues, together with photo-based guidance prepared from the customer’s submitted photos, videos, and descriptions.

Our service is designed for small visible indoor issues only. HGO does not provide on-site repair services and does not review gas, electrics, plumbing systems, major leaks, structural issues, or emergency repairs.

All guidance is prepared from the materials provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate photos, videos, and issue descriptions.
