Orders are processed after suitability is confirmed and payment is received. Photo-based guidance is prepared based on the submitted materials, and physical items are packed and shipped separately.

Estimated delivery times are usually 5-8 business days for the UK and 7-12 business days for France, although some France orders may arrive sooner. These are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal demand, and local delivery conditions.

Some repair items, including certain liquids, adhesives, sealants, or similar materials, may require special shipping arrangements, alternative routing, or may not be available for all destinations. Where a particular item cannot be shipped through the usual route, we may adjust the pack contents or contact the customer with the next available option.

Payment is currently accepted primarily by bank transfer using the payment details or transfer link provided by HGO.
